-  Providing support to individuals in addressing stress and anxiety caused by any general problem people encounter in day to day living;

-  Support is tailored to individual needs that promote balance and vitality, integrating the mind, body and spirit for enhanced well-being;

- Assisting individuals in making lifestyle adjustments to improve their overall well-being and quality of life;

​

-  Career assessments, Career guidance & Subject Choices;

​

-  Employee Wellness (EAP) individual sessions at my office.

I do not claim from Medical Aid for Counselling only for Psychometric assessments.

**I do not have a waiting room.**

I offer Counselling for Adults & Children.

​

Bookings:  Please make use of my online booking system. By appointment only.

Payments:  Cash, online payment on website or Card machine in office.
